01. Machine Shop Services
Our two full-service machine shops provide a full range of machining services, tailored to your needs.
Lathe Services
We specialize in general and precision turning of shafts, tapers, threads, and bores. Our capabilities range from machining parts as small as 1/16 of an inch in diameter to handling pieces up to 60 inches in diameter by 16 feet long, or up to 20 inches in diameter by 18 feet, with options for setups up to 30 feet or longer.We operate 8 lathes across two facilities, including two specialty lathes:
Hollow Spindle Lathe: 34-inch swing by 120-inch between centers with a 12-inch spindle bore.
Stanley Sliding Bed Lathe: 60-inch diameter by 240-inch length capacity.
Milling Services
Using advanced Bridgeport-type milling machines with digital precision, we handle keyway cutting, pocket shaping, resurfacing, boring, and precision gear or sprocket cutting. For larger projects we have a horizontal boring mill with a 52 x 57-inch table.Internal Keyways and Splines
We use our variety of precision shapers and our slotter to create custom internal keyways and splines.Hydraulic Pressing
With our 100-ton and 20-ton presses, we can disassemble and reassemble parts, shape materials, and straighten shafts, plates, and more.Anchor bolts

02. On-Site Services
Our portable machining services bring the machine shop to you. Fully self-sufficient, our equipment can be transported to any location accessible by a 4x4 vehicle:
Line Boring
Our flagship service utilizes the Climax BB 5000 and the BB 4500, the most versatile and efficient machines on the market. We can machine bores ranging from 1-3/8 inches to 13.5 inches in diameter over spans of up to 14 feet. We can also acquire additional bars and boring heads for machining larger bores and longer spans.General Milling
Our portable milling table enables on-site milling, perfect for tasks like sole plate resurfacing. This machine can efficiently handle areas up to 28 inches long by 10 inches wide in a single setup.Keyway Milling
We have Climax KM3000 and KM4000 portable key mills that can mount on shafts ranging from 3/4 inch to 24 inches in diameter. Keyway lengths can reach up to 8 inches in one setup, with widths from 1/16 inch to 3.25 inches. These machines can also perform general milling on flat surfaces.Drilling Services
Our magnetic-base drill press comes equipped with a full assortment of straight and taper shank drills, as well as annular cutters.Mobile Welding
Our diesel-powered welding unit is equipped to perform SMAW, FCAW, Arc-Air gouging, Oxy-Acetylene cutting and welding, along with providing electrical power generation for machining tools.Flange Facing
We have an Enerpac FF 120 and a Tri-Tool flange facing equipment that allows us to face flanges from 2in to 24in.

We offer a range of welding and fabrication services for both small and large projects.
Stick Welding (SMAW): We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.
TIG Welding: Our team is skilled in TIG welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Flux-Cored Welding: We provide flux-cored welding for steel and stainless steel.
Cutting Services: We can cut both standard and irregular shapes using oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting methods.
Machined Weldments: We also handle projects that involve welded and machined components.
04. Mechanical Services
We provide both on-site and in-shop mechanical services to keep your equipment in top condition.
Bearing and Bushing Work: We remove, install, and service bearings and bushings.
Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuilding: We offer complete rebuild services for hydraulic cylinders.
Heavy Equipment Support: We can disassemble heavy equipment for machining, as well as inspect and repair conveyors.
